Enterprise Car & Van Hire - North Hull

I have been an enterprise customer for a good 6 years I have used it all over the country and preferred it over other rental companies since it is very flexible. However, this branch wasnt really a great usual enterprise customer service i am accustom with, the lady who signed me up yesterday 3pm wasnt paticularly happy *probably tired* but if you are working in customer service sector you must know to be professional even tho you are tired we get that we are only human being but this branch was kinda a let down since enterprise nothing but a great rental company and thats why i even get my membership the handover when giving back the car was fantastic tho as per. It is shown in my google how much I enjoy being a loyal customer and member but i think a bit of consistency could be better in this branch either way I'll continue my loyalty.

Rented a car , was not told by Kieran you have to give 3 days call to the office if you need to extend the rental! I was left stranded ! No rental , mum in emergency situation . I told them on hiring I may need to extend it , he said that’s fine , but then never said you must call us 3 days before ! No communication whatsoever, I was very angry , in this country for just over a week and dealing with emergency with my mum , he said can return it anytime or extend the rental , when I got to the store they said you can’t have it after 3 pm Awful communication, no communication especially since I raised the situation !

My car broke down 😔my AA cover was fabulous. The very nice man Steve drove me to Enterprise to pick up my courtesy car. Very friendly and polite staff sorted the car and I was on my way swiftly. Fantastic!!!

Easy and convenient! Great staff, really relaxed on collection and no silly overcharges. Allows rental with under 12 months of a full license unlike other companies!

I had a really disappointing experience at this branch. The manager, Keiran, was not very pleasant to deal with—he came across as impatient and dismissive when I tried to extend my rental, even after I explained I was going through the recent loss of a family member. Although he said “sorry for your loss,” it felt insincere and more like a formality than genuine empathy. The overall atmosphere in the branch felt off—staff didn’t seem happy, and there were barely any team members around most of the time, which made it even harder to get clear communication. I had emailed in advance to extend the booking, but nothing was followed up, and the pressure I felt over something that should’ve been simple was just unnecessary. I won’t be using this branch again, but I’ve had good experiences with Enterprise elsewhere. Hopefully, this location can improve how they treat customers and support their own staff.
