Europcar Hull

I hired a car for me and my family to get to the airport. We're musicians and are travelling for work so have a lot of bags. The company and branch only tried to contact me on the day of pick up to tell me that I wasnt eligible (I think this is way too late and very inconvenient) Unaware they were calling because of this I went to pick up the car. The person in the office just said I'm not on the system so I can't hire a car. I tried to ask for a legitimate reason and they couldn't give me one. I understand the system looks at everything but I've lived here my whole life, paid all my taxes and my credit score is 'good' This was also the day before a flight down in London!! So we had to quickly arrange another mode of transport. Luckily we found something but I've booked another hire car for the way back and have emailed for a refund and they've refused and have told me that I need to physically go into the branch after my 13 hour flight as if I'm picking up my hire car. To then be declined rental again for no legitimate reason. Can someone not check your system when you get a booking confirmation? Why wait till the day? Unprofessional. Very inconvenient. Caused unnecessary stress!!

Europcar hull always give 5 star service. The staff are absolutely lovely and always want to help regardless, not to mention the fantastic range of vehicles they provide. I suffer with a bad eye and always request a car with a rear camera, the kind staff always make sure to accommodate my odd request 🥰🤗. Cannot fault them whatsoever, especially the nice lady and the kind man who always wears the cardigan ( apologies I don’t know your names) nevertheless I’d highly recommend this branch.

Great experience. Friendly staff and really quick and easy collection and drop off. The car was great, it was a substitute and I was looking forward to the one I booked, but still a very good and well maintained car. I will definitely book here again if I need a rental.

I hire from Europcar when I need a vehicle to go to visit relatives at locations not easily excessible by public transport. The staff are helpful and friendly, they understand my needs and ensure that I get the best possible price by discussing vehicle options and timing. The vehicles are always clean and in good condition.
