Extremely happy with the experience. Staff were great right from the initial call where instructions and details of how to book were given. When collecting the car, the ladies were friendly, helpful and professional, details given on what to do if any problems arose over the weekend. Car drove like a dream, was in excellent condition and had all the mod cons. Drop off was swift and efficient and deposit returned very quickly. Will definitely use again and be recommending.
We have used Thrifty Hull since 2014 when we visit the UK. The team are always professional, helpful, efficient and friendly. The cars always exceed our expectation and are in excellent condition. The service is always first class and they are happy to go above and beyond like dropping us off at the train station etc. Shout out to Jake, Ella and Paris. We wouldn't use any other car rental company. Highly Recommend.
I don't write many reviews but when you get excellent service at a very competitive price it's only right. The price and car were just what we needed for our holiday and the member of staff at the center on collection day couldn't have been nicer as well as proffesional. Highly recommended!!
