Really happy with the service received. I had the dreaded tree sap on my car which must’ve happened overnight but these guys got it right off with the jet wash. Really nice guys and did a fantastic job on my KIA SPORTAGE. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Edit: In response to the owner. The only reply they ever sent to me was via a message (and then ignoring me) and was basically a copy/paste of their response to this review. They have not replied to any of my further messages or my call/voicemail about this issue. Using soft sponges and filters lowers the chance of problems, but it doesn't prevent the possibility of damage happening to a car (as it has to mine). They say they look after customers and take reviews seriously but in reality they don't care, and they mistreat the customers who have had problems because they've not offered any assistance, resolution or apologies. They have also blocked me from Social Media, so they clearly don't want to resolve the problem. ----------- Bought my golf GTI just over 3 weeks ago and it was professionally detailed with immaculate paint when I bought it. This is the first time I had it washed, and I took it to the hand car wash on 10/11/2023, this is the result. All of the panels are heavily marked, scuffed and scratched with visible marks where the wash cloth was wiped across the car. The clear coat is now ruined and needs re-polishing at significant personal cost to make it look decent again. I called (left a voicemail) and sent several messages back and forth to the car wash owner who said that “it must have been there before and I never saw it” (not that hard to spot the significant damage) and said that it definitely wasn’t their fault. After that one message shirking any responsibility and offering no apologies, they stopped communicating. I know that this damage was accidental and wasn’t done intentionally (likely from grit on a cleaning sponge) but to deny everything, blame me for it and then totally ignore me is unacceptable. I used this car wash regularly with previous cars, but after the lack of care and not being bothered about the damage that they’ve caused I don’t recommend the risk to your paintwork. If they do cause any damage (accidental or otherwise) they won’t sort it!

My first time in this car wash. Great service, my car was very full of dog fur and they got it all out for 30 quid, took about 45 minutes. I will keep using them

They never disappoint I must say, they are hands on and work very fast not missing a spot. When you see any, they gladly work on it professionally. This is my go to Car wash, right next to them is a Window Tinting Company which also works wonders, while adding safety and security to your vehicle and always suggests the Legal tint with you. Spot on Service.

Brought my car in here today to be cleaned inside and out. Picked it up looking brand new. I am absolutely delighted with the results and the man who dealt with me was so pleasant and kind. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend
