IMO Car Wash

I've just paid for most expensive wash with the extra everything £20 , There is no difference whatsoever to the look of my car 😐 disappointed isn't the word 😕 ripped off , end off , I will not be allowing the theft of my hard earned cash thanks! Never again ,

£10.50 paid for a wash that did do what was expected. Lots of marks left, bird poo, flies etc... The blower left lots of water on the car which dried with white marks all over the windows. Not happy with the results & I do not recommend this car wash

Had to pay via an app, which as it was our first time using IMO was a bit annoying. Not sure I like the way to pulls the car through the washer, compared to the washer moving around the car like normal car washes 🤔 not for me so probs won't go back

Car got scratched in the wash. £1200 damage. I was using it for years until now. I understand that accident can happen but its really bad how this place deal with it. Poor customer service which wouldn't help. Need to use independent engineering at own cost to check the poorly maintained place. Be aware and use it at your own risk. UPDATE: After a week ago of me posting this review and comment from customer service below I replied via email as requested and had no communication received back at all. From talking to other customers I realized that I'm not first and not the last one. Please avoid if you care about your car.

Machines remain unfixed after many months resulting in continual smeared finishes. Shan't return as given this place enough time to resolve it.
