IMO Car Wash

Avoid this car wash. Site attendant is absolutely useless. Attempts to rip you off by not following the correct procedure depending on the type of wash you pay for. Reported several times to IMO but no action ever taken. It’s quite sad really how the site attendant is unable to follow simple steps.

Would give 0 stars. I have been using IMO on Clough Rd and they have better customer service with friendly attendants. The attendant was very rude and I asked him to wash my alloys with pressure wash and he says you need to pay extra even though I went for the full option. Also I asked for a receipt and he was very rude as I did not ask him to print it out earlier even though he didn’t hear me when I told him. Don’t recommend anyone to use this car wash if you want reasonable service.

Came came out still dirty after purchasing the HD wash. When I asked if they would put it through again I was told "what did you expect a hand wash? I can't put you through again or it'll come out of my pay" not the first bad experience from IMO

I came to wash my car for 5.50 small man with little beard is saying not possible to clean my good car for 5.50. I asked why he can't wash my car for 5.50 when that's the price. He didn't answer my question and was very rude to me. I gave him 10.50 pounds and he shoved the five pounds in my hands. He didn't even clean my window and car tires with a brush and when his colleague washed my back window he said to not wash it and showed me to drive in the machine. The car tires and other areas weren't clean and this is not the first time this has happened when this guy wants more money. Small guy with beard. Maybe manager team must say to this man stop pushing customers to pay higher prices and when paid won't clean the car.
