Moonbeam Car Wash Hull

The brush less car wash is a good idea but it needs some work, my car still had dirt left on it, the wheels were also left dirty, the dryer at the end is powerful but misses the back of the car due to the way the vents point. I think the price needs to be reduced as you can pay £12 to get your car cleaned inside and out at the hand car washes in the area.

Update Feb 24: Unavailable for 2 weeks now with no update. No response to emails. Absolute garbage. Cancelled membership. Don’t waste your time. Update: The car wash spends more time unavailable than available currently. Don’t bother getting the membership. It has been 3 weeks. Decent scratch free car wash. Wouldn’t go with the expectation that it will do a perfect job as it simply won’t.

Absolutely shocking results. I have always washed my own car's but thought I would give this car wash a try due to it being contact free and needed a quick wash before my journey the next day. My car wasn't even that dirty, just some surface dust from what the rain brought and some light brake dust on the front wheels which would have been easier just to wipe off with a cloth. I first downloaded the app and entered my reg number as requested and all of the other payment details, when I arrived it didn't recognise my number so paid on my card. After the wash I checked the results and found half of the car was still wet which then dried and left staining. As for the wheels..... It left most of the dust which was the dirtiest part of the car. It's safe to say that I won't be going back again and feel ripped off. Don't waste your money.

Brilliant car wash!! Literally use this every week now and my car is absolutely gleaming when it’s done. I use the deluxe car wash and it’s awesome! Love the idea of brushless technology. One thing I would make an adjustment to though is the dryers. When it’s finished it’s not fully dry and I have to wipe down the full car but takes literally 10-15 mins. Once it’s done my word my car looks beautiful!! 🤩😍

Did my car for the first time after seeing the washer on the walk. Did a decent job, will miss bits like the back sills and the alloys when they are the other way round but I often finish it off when I get home. Only thing I would say if you use the subscription make sure you change it on the app or else you will be charged. I am awaiting a refund from my visit yesterday.
