Ocean Hand Car Wash

Paid £20 for a wash and valet, the exterior wasn't particularly clean and still dirty in places, and it was still very dirty inside also it looked like they'd used a wet rag to clean the windscreen inside. This used to be the best car wash in Hull but I won't be visiting here again.

Would not recommend this car wash under and circumstances left scratches all over my car and windshield didn’t get a receipt when asking for one.

Very good although they don’t clearly signal to say stop or come fwd today. They’re regularly good at cleaning both. Inside and outside the car. I’d recommend them 👌🏽

They do a very good job but it is difficult to tell the difference between a special cleaning and a medium cleaning for a mini walt and a special walt. At that point I think there is a difference in the price but I don't think there is a difference in the cleaning or the work they do because I looked at it for a long time and I bought a mini walt and I bought some special. I studied the difference between the two but I didn't feel there was any difference.

They tried to charge me £45 for a valet inc shampoo when the price given by 2 different people on arrival was £35. Their sign says £35 (from) and this is why they think they can add extra money on at the end. Apparently they spent a lot of time on the car and it is cleaner than their own cars so that's why it's more! Oh and it's a 7 seater which costs extra... but not at the start when you arrive at it would seem. I was too annoyed to even argue so I paid £40 and left... to only find the state of the car when I got home. Do not visit this place! Go across the road or down the street where much more trustworthy companies are.
