To anyone reading this and all I can say the quality of works done to the cars I bring is outstanding and the customer service from the young boys is brilliant and they have shown real professionalism when cleaning the cars. I couldn't have imagined it getting any better since the new owner has come but it's only just been getting better. Will definitely recommend everyone to come here.
Good job i’ll recommend to every one
I was a bit hesitant at first, the site looked a bit messy, anyway they did an amazing job, I grabbed a coffee from the petrol station, they went above and beyond. Then I had asked to have a mini valet done costing £35 for a van and they knocked a £5 off (I think because he didn't have change) they also cleaned a drink stain off the seat which wasn't included in the mini valet. Anyway they've made a long term customer out of me.
Since using this place 2yrs ago, I won't go anywhere else, the car is thoroughly washed, chamois dryed and they use a spray that gives the paint a true polished look.
Definitely will not come again. Shampoo hasn't washed off completely, leaving white marks. The tools are not clean, leaving black stains after wash. The door sides only wiped 70%, 30% near the hinge not wiped. Back bumper topside not cleaned, dirty water stains remains. Customers only accept clean water stains I think. Windshield streaks. You should pull up the wiper before cleaning too, so the dirt will not remains on the wiper. Asking for money only when you finish the job please. I've paid and you're still cleaning? That's why I wipe my side mirror myself. Is 16th Jun, 2025. Around 11:30-40. Check your CCTV if you have one. If you admit those are your mistakes or careless, I will still give you another chance. But now you're finding excuses. I hate liars. You are not lying to me only, you're lying to others who see this too.
