Haven't heard whether my parcel was picked up by DHL yesterday from Rymans, Hull. Please can I have an update and a tracking reference. £23 for a UK parcel delivery is very expensive.

The young lady at Rymans was fantastic. I was only there to post an urgent parcel. The DHL site wouldn’t accept my p/code when I tried at home but she sorted everything for me at the store. She was quick, polite and extremely efficient. I’ll definitely use Rymans again and not just for posting.

Went to send DHL parcel. The lady manager Diane started filling details about my shipment. The parcel was going to the USA and as she started to fill the details and asked if the shipping address has any post code to which I responded "of course" she then gave me the a very nasty look. I believe that a manager should be more than aware that any address in the USA has post code. Very incompetent and was acting as i was at fault somewhere. Horrible experience in general. Would consider sending my items trough another courier rather than to get such attitude at this shop

Absolute terrible service as for tracking a parcel i wouldn't even bother, just cross your fingers and hope for the best. As for the app don't bother wasting your bandwidth, it doesn't tell you anything anyway. I used to think DPD and yodel were bad but at least they've upped their services and make dhl look like they're in the dark ages.
