Very uncomfortable experience. I was greeted by a (very nice) lady but she needed the mans help with my query. He ignored me although he answered a phone call whilst smoking a shisha - which I believe has the same smoking laws as cigarettes. Without looking up he told me abruptly the equipment wasn't working and the communication ended there, no offer when I might use their service. I won't be returning.
Excellent service. Fee was informed upfront, relevant forms given to fill in the details and when the man entered on PC requested me to countercheck. Informed me clearly the timescale of delivery. My recepient abroad also got a message soon after about the date of delivery which was soon after I posted. Would use again.
Excellent service the man is very friendly and helpful, I needed alot of help to dispatch an urgent very expensive parcel and this man did his best to help me. Thanks to this company my customers have been very happy and satisfied with the quick delivery service that this company does with different courier services. Also the coffee here is very cheap to buy and nice, I will always use this place when I need next day delivery with expensive orders. Also this place is very secure with cctv.
Unfortunately, the website says open until 7pm, and when I arrived at 6.30pm to collect a parcel, the shop was shut. The person next door called the owner and I was told they close usually at 5.30pm
Arrived 9:30 on a Wednesday, they are not open and they have no contact number that works
