After looking around multiple dentists and with little success, Genix has been fantastic! They help spread the cost, their practitioners don't judge the state of your teeth, and are very kind and caring. I'm fairly new as a patient but already had 2 lots of treatment and theyre brilliant!

Amazing dentist. They really do listen and take into account your needs. The manager is the best manager i have ever met. Managers manage, not dictate and this manager certainly manages.

Unfortunately, not a positive experience with this practice. I was referred to an emergency dentist by NHS 111 as I have a tooth that I'm in significant pain with. On being told that the dentist has removed lots of teeth, it was explained that this particular tooth could not be removed and needed a specialist. I was referred to several specialists (most of these are in places like Oldham and Stockport - which I have no way of getting to, as I don't drive) maybe this should have been discussed, as not everyone has the means to travel. After several weeks, I have since had a consultation with a private dentist (which cost me over £90) who said that they could remove the tooth if needed, however this is going to be at significant cost to myself if I go private. It's left me £27 lighter in the pocket (what a waste of money) and I'm still in pain with my tooth, taking pain killers, avoiding hot and cold drinks and food and no end in sight - who knows how long I'll be on this waiting list, even though it was supposedly put through as an urgent.

I was sent to Genix from a 111 NHS call. The lady dentist I saw (I can’t recall her name) but she was absolutely fantastic! I needed an extraction on a tooth with curved roots and she took it out in a few minutes with no pain and removed it in one! I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist but she kept me calm and I was in and out in no time. Reception was lovely as was the dental nurse helping the dentist. I’ll now be enquiring to join this practise as a private patient under her care as she really was a pleasure!

Just left, after 3 days of pain no sleep and hardly any food. Called 111 and got an appointment. Basically took an xray and told nothing wrong with my tooth, it physically hurts to touch. Even touching it with my tongue hurts. Told to take paracetamol!! Which I've been taking since Sunday. So after an hour and half drive to get to you I'm no better off still in an extreme amount of pain and £27 lighter. No reassurance just told nothing can be done but many reasons as to why I have toothache.
