Had a flexible denture fitted in August. I’m happy with the fitting and appearance and I have no complaints about the procedure and fitting. I followed the cleaning procedures and bought the cleaning device as advised. However, one of the teeth became detached. I contacted the dentist and told to ring back on Monday morning to arrange an appointment . I told that there are no appointments available this week. The receptionist advised me to go to Hutchinson Dental repair. The denture was repaired but Hutchinson’s cannot guarantee the repair as apparently it should have gone back to the manufacturers. Considering there denture cost me a £1000, and I have only had the product less than 3 months, I feel there should be a better aftercare service. Patrick Hannigan

I had my first appointment today with the surgery, all the staff are lovely to speak with at reception, I saw Dr Iva Stamatova for my check up and she helped me stay calm and reassured me. This has to be the best dentist I have been to. I am definitely plan on staying for more treatment A+++++

I have been coming here for over 30 years. Never had a problem. Just had my 6 monthly check up and everything was good. Mr Bourne is very good at answering any questions I ask. Would highly recommend him.

Utter disgrace. Do not give them your business. My elderly, ailed mother was struck off their list after attempts at getting appointments that were cancelled due to supposedly getting a new dentist. Their mistake and now my mother is left without a dentist. They never even let me mother know and when asked stated it's "not their job to let you know". Absolutely deplorable. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting behaviour.
