I decided to visit this dentist after reading many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My first negative impression was when the dentist told me that he could not perform a root canal treatment and advised me to see another dentist, claiming that the procedure should be done under a microscope. The price quoted for this treatment was extremely high. After contacting another dentist, I was told that the root canal treatment could be done without any problem, without removing the crown and without using a microscope, which made the cost much lower. According to this dentist, I would also need to have two additional teeth repaired. However, after getting a second opinion, the other dentist confirmed that none of my teeth required any further treatment. The second dentist also checked the teeth that had previously been treated here. Unfortunately, both of them need to be repaired again. One tooth is cracked inside and causes pain every time I bite while eating. The other has a visible gap in the filling. Additionally, the color of the filling does not match the natural color of my teeth at all. On top of that, the waiting time for appointments is extremely long. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this dentist.

After an awful experience with a tooth removal years ago I’ve been petrified about coming to the dentist! I was seen by osman abdelkareem today and honestly I can not praise him enough!! He was amazing put me at ease straight away, did my treatment with no pain. He is lovely. Nurse who was with him was great she really helped me feel like I wasn’t a pain been such a baby!! I hope he doesn’t leave the dentist!!

A massive thank you to Charlotte and the lovely second dental nurse (who I apologise for not having the name for!). I was sent here for an emergency appointment via 111, the care I received was fantastic - now happy to report my broken tooth is fixed with zero pain. Everybody, including the receptionist, was kind and friendly - in short, I'm no longer scared of the dentist! Thank you!

I’ve been with Charlotte Rowles for the past 5 years and can honestly say she has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I used to have a lot of anxiety and past trauma around dental visits, but her calm, reassuring manner and genuine care have helped me rebuild my confidence. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing, checks in regularly, and makes me feel listened to and safe. Thanks to her, I now attend appointments without the fear I once had, and I feel so much healthier and happier as a result. I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone who is nervous or has had bad experiences in the past—she truly goes above and beyond. Excellent surgery and the reception staff are always so friendly and helpful.

This place is Awesome! From the girls on reception to the clinical staff. The Dental hygienist Eddie was very friendly and attentive, she also took the time to do a proper job, which I Appreciate. 10/10
