Had an appointment through 111 due to severe toothache pain, got there and within 10 minutes was seen by the dentist and nurse. Told me I’ll need an extraction which I wanted anyway and within minutes of having the anaesthetic he removed my tooth with care constantly asking how I was! After I had a blackout due to lack of sleep and eating from the toothache I had endured but all the staff was really helpful getting me a chair at the door in the breeze and an extra sugar drink for energy! Highly recommend they’re such a nice team and really care about the patients, will be registering with these guys as a private dentist, thank you!
Very helpful and polite staff from receptionist to dental nurse and dentists. Chipped/broken my front tooth which made it to be very sensitive and looked crooked. Dentist said they are limited to what they have it and what they can help with sometimes ect but she did great job with fixing my tooth and made it look like nothing ever happened to it :)it was 111 referral emergency appointment
Went in for an emergency 111 appointment due to face swelling and wisdom tooth pain , last patient ran over time so we were in past closing and they rushed us in and out , took one look at my teeth and said they can’t do anything and that I need to get private care urgently or my teeth were all gonna fall out ?!? ( I’ve been seen for an extraction by another dentist a year ago and they said nothing of a sorts ) and if I came back he’d have to pull 4/5 teeth out on the spot , lectures my partner on my dental health and looks at me like I’m incompetent ( I’m autistic and non verbal so I dont do eye contact, they were warned prior ) tells my partner that hes calling the ‘dentist ‘ a liar ( he didn’t even say anything other than yes or no ) then gave us a prescription for antibiotics claiming they won’t help me other than my infection. So I’ve essentially left with no help and a lot of anxiety
I came in for an emergency appointment due to a large infection, and the staff were absolutely lovely. They were honest, understanding, and incredibly supportive. Even though I was upset and in tears, they made sure I never felt silly or dramatic. I truly appreciated their care. Unlike some practices, the gentleman offered me advice on what to do next and was very warm and welcoming. His dental assistant was amazing too.
Absolutely disgusting service got reffered here from 111 for a severe pain with a dental absess i told the dentist and the assistant I have a phobia of dentists and needles and he spoke to me like I was a child and completely incapable of understanding he didn't numb me up or support me in anyway just basically threw antibiotics at me refused to drain so it's now spread to my jaw and I'm going through more pain and a different dental practice avoid if you have a abscess !
