Today I had my wisdom tooth removed, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hedani and Lilly for the truly exceptional care I received. Hedani’s professionalism, skill, and compassion stood out from the very beginning. She walked me through every step of the procedure with clarity and confidence, easing any worries I had. Her calm, reassuring presence made what could have been an intimidating experience feel remarkably manageable. Throughout the entire appointment, she consistently checked in on my comfort and well-being, demonstrating not only clinical expertise but genuine empathy. I felt completely safe in her care. Lilly, the dental nurse, was equally wonderful. Her kindness, attentiveness, and gentle manner brought an added layer of comfort to the experience. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and created a warm, supportive environment that made a big difference during and after the procedure. Together, they make an outstanding team—professional, compassionate, and deeply dedicated to patient care. I’m incredibly grateful for the way they supported me through my wisdom tooth extraction and for the positive experience they created during a moment that could have been much more stressful. I needed an emergency extraction and was given a same-day appointment, despite it being so near Christmas. As a very nervous patient, I can’t praise Kingswood Parks Dental Clinic enough. Hedani and Gracie, were excellent. Hedani explained everything clearly, was extremely gentle, and really helped put me at ease. The soft music and blue sky ceiling were lovely touches that made a big difference. Medical issues have impacted on my dental health, but since attending Kingswood Parks things have improved greatly. The staff are caring, understanding, and encouraging, and they’ve helped me establish a routine that has stopped further deterioration. My gum health has been completely transformed. Every member of staff has been welcoming, attentive, and honest.
