Campus Health Centre

This is simply the best GP practice that I have ever had. The doctors are excellent, very knowledgeable, they don't rush you, and they are really friendly. Special mention to DR Milazzo. He is by far the best GP I have had. It's also worth mentioning that booking an appointment is auch nicer experience compared with the other big doctors in Hull. Reception staff at doctors surgeries, can have a reputation for being abrupt. This is not the case at Campus. The reception staff are fabulous. So helpful, even though they are obviously really busy. So, thank you again, see you in 2026!

Waited 45 minutes for my appointment, didn't say a word because I understand the stress the NHS is under. I showed up 4 minutes late to the next one and they cancelled it and refused to see me. Like, refused. Strange and unprofessional behaviour, speaking from a healthcare worker.

Hello, I have been sick for five years and have visited many centers, but none are as good as yours. You are all great. I hope you are always successful, my dears.

Sadly have had to leave this practice. On more than one occasion I was spoken down to and quite honestly insulted by the reception staff over the phone. My experience of the nursing and doctor staff was a positive one. But unfortunately my experience of inappropriate behaviour from the apparent "care co-ordinators" was not acceptable. 👎

The best doctors surgery I've ever been to. The receptionists I've talked to have always been pretty polite. The doctors seem to actually care about the patients and are willing to work with the patients about issues. The only negative I have to say is about very long wait times but that's common for all doctors nowadays.
