I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided by this GP practice. On multiple occasions, my daughter was denied medical attention despite having serious symptoms, including a high fever and severe ear pain. On one occasion, I requested an urgent appointment on a Friday as my daughter had been unwell for a week, but I was told the doctor was going on holiday and there were no appointments left. As a result, I had to call NHS 111 over the weekend when her fever worsened, and she was finally prescribed antibiotics-something the GP should have addressed in the first place. More recently, I called at 8:00 AM for another urgent issue, only to be stuck on hold until 8:50 AM, when I was told all appointments were fully booked and was advised to go elsewhere. If GP services are always unavailable when needed, what is the point of having one? This practice is completely inaccessible when it comes to urgent care. Patients, especially children, should not have to rely on NHS 111 or urgent care for conditions that a GP should be handling. I do not recommend this surgery to anyone who expects reliable medical care.
Wish I could put zero stars, absolutely shocking service, my son has had very bad back pain for months, he is only 12, he is often off school as he can't walk properly due to the pain and this doctors surgery will not help me at all, often unable to even get a phone appointment, then when I do finally get one for him, I'll be waiting all day just for the doctor to text me!??..I've alot of questions I need ask but I can't even speak to the doctor over the phone.....his school attendance is now 88% and I'll be getting fined I'm sure... My stress levels are through the roof from seeing my child in pain daily and crying in pain and they literally don't care, he can't even get dressed by himself anymore! Had an x-ray done 15th April and they won't even tell me the results!! This is my child and they are withholding information. I've asked for weeks to access my own child's medical records and for some bizarre unknown reasons they won't allow me access even though my 12 year old has given permission! This is causing major mental health problems for me and my child!
AVOID AVOID AVOID...... some of the receptionists are nice and helpful. DR DENIS IGOUCHE is the worst doctor (if you can call him a dr) I have ever come across very unprofessional and rude no respect at all. No care for my daughters wellbeing at all. I will be taking the matters further! AVOID AVOID AVOID! I wish I had body cam on me to have him struck of. A real Shame my 10 year daughter had to witness how he treated us as patients (was my daughters appointment) we will be moving to a different surgery ASAP! SHOCKING DUTY OF CARE
Joke...just a joke. No chance to get an appointment if not rang at 8 am. Fair enough, you can explain that you are working at cant ring at the time ans got noone to ring for you, and it doesnt matter. Might as well just die. Bravo nhs uk.
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE!!!! First of all, Doctor Igoche, very unpleasant person. He ask you what's the reason for call and you give him all the symptoms you feel/see and he tells you, you making up. Also he feels the "power" of being a doctor instead of actually helping anybody. Rang the practice on Monday 7.02 to make an appointment for my Poly daughter. She was coughing, vomiting, not eating, temp. around 39. not sleeping at night. He made an appointment for 18.02 lol. Asked why does it takes so long to take a 18 months old kid. the answer I got was "I suggest you can go walk in centre". I've been with them for almost 2 years and every time I've rang them, it was a complete waste of time as receptionist is clueless, Doctor grumpy and mad that you actually want an appointment with them. AVOID AT ANY COST!!
