Telephone appointment booked for 9am that never came. I Rang at 9.20 to be told they'd check as the doctor was in. I rang again at 10.15 to be told they'd be ringing after 11 when face to face appointments had finished. This practice is a shambles and it proves they don't care about the patients as they haven't even had the decency to reply to other peoples reviews.

Diabolical to say the least. Couldn’t get an appointment, even though I rang at exactly 08:00. I was 8th in the queue and to be told that there were no appointments available. Asked the call taker to tell me how many appointments were available for that day and she couldn’t tell me . So I was 8th in the queue meaning the Drs can only see 7 appointments in a day. Absolute shambles. It says to me the Drs will gladly take the 100s of thousands off the government and are not willing to spend that money on its patients. 0 out of 100 from me

0 stars was not possible. Never any appointments available. Call at 8 for an appointment, get through at 8:15 and low and behold all appointments are gone, try again tomorrow. Had a blood test which shows abnormal results. Over a week to wait to discuss these with a doctor. Staff are unpleasant at best. I will say the Dr’s are nice when you do get to see one

I’ve been with this practice for a couple of years now , and I’ve never successfully got an appointment by calling at 8am. One time I was caller number 1 in the queue so I was really happy thinking well I’ll definitely get an appointment then. Nope ! Was told no appointments and to go to a walk in centre. I called today was caller number 6 still not bad , I asked do you have any appointments please ? Wasn’t told no initially , was asked for my details and what was wrong with me , to then be told no we don’t have any appointments and neither does any of our other practices. Just like that , I was given the option to fill in some online form to try and get an appointment and through that and was offered an appointment 3 weeks away , again was told to go to a walk in. Who when they are really ill wants to sit in a walk in centre for hours on end ?! Staff extremely rude and unhelpful , I always end up hanging up in tears as I feel like I can’t get any help. Another frightening experience I had with this practice , a few months ago I got my letter to say I was due my smear test , now I’ve had severe abnormal cells found a few years ago so I’m always on it with these appointments, phoned them to be told we have absolutely nothing we can book in for you and no appointments at any other of our practices. I’ve never had any of these issues with any other doctors surgeries in hull , time to change I think. I must add when ever I have got in somehow , the doctor is amazing , he’s the only dr who I’ve spoke to that listens to me and doesn’t just rush me out the door , such a shame it’s virtually impossible to get into see him.

I was with Field view and I was regularly singing the praises of Dr Cook and excellent GP. Since changing over to City health practice its become in my opinion the worst service i've ever encountered in my 66 years on this earth. I've worked in the Prison service and can easily say prisoners have far greater access to health care service's than I do with CHP When or if your able to get past the keyboard front line defence system the Doctors are fantastic its just getting there that's the issue. Not all but a lot are extremely difficult to discuss anything with if the answer to your question doesn't appear on their computer.
