This is the best practice on the outskirts of hull. Very friendly staff. Doctors are very helpfull. Got to a bottom of a problem other practises didn’t help. I feel so happy that myself and my husband are looked after here. My name is patsy Andrew. Not Dalo anymore. Thank you to my doctors and staff.
Dr seems to be very good. Just lately one of the receptionist don't appear to be very helpful and can hear her sniggering down the phone at times. Maybe I have upset her or she doesn't like her job. A couple of weeks ago I rang for test results and the same receptionist said I'll make you a telephone appointment to talk with Dr. Normally they make same day but this time they made the appointment without a date just said Dr will ring Friday and I left it at that. Friday came and went when I rang I was informed it was the following week. Just silly mistakes mmm makes me wonder. Doesn't matter now
Lovely polite and helpful staff. Can get an appointment when needed and appropriate treatment. GPs are happy to discuss options etc… making the patient a part of their own treatment :) Having had bad experiences in the past with other GP surgeries, I feel very lucky to be with such a great GP surgery now.

I'm 63 and have quite a few health problems, they are just brilliant. The staff are lovely , I can always get through on the phone and, have been seen same day. Brilliant service 👏
