Dr Raut Partnership - Sutton Park Medical Practice

You never get to see a Doctor and have to see a nurse practitioner. Appointments are difficult to get and when you try to avoid making an appointment to get antibiotics that hospital has requested they prescribed it takes days to get them. Most of the receptionist are very good however there is one who is quite officious and rude. She does not listen to what you are saying and tries to contradict you despite the fact I know that I was correct in what I was explaining to her. Really disappointing experience recently.

This must be the worst Dr's in Hull with the most incompetent, unhelpful, rude reception staff. They're lack of common decency or kindness is unbelievable to me why they ever thought that this job role would suit them. I am now in the process of moving Dr's as this mornings phone call with them was the complete last straw!

So glad I changed to this doctors surgery. They are so much more responsive and helpful and treat you like a person compared to the cattle market that was my last practice at Alexander Road. The reception staff here are great too.

Worse doctors ever go there about medication to be told you can't be put on this and try rush you out the door spend hours waiting to see the doctor to be given co codamol with you didn't ask for. Definitely moving doctors waste of my time going there.

Want to move doctors, always waiting for an hour+ the gp doesn't give a sh#t, feel like every time I've been it's never been a simple procedure, makes you feel like your putting them out.
