Practice is terrible not seen a doctor in 5 years not through choice can not get apointment for love or money i am a diabetic and had no treatment in years tell them all the time not had a review on medication in 20 years doctors work 1 day a week i was waiting 8 days for medication went in today to ask they had only forgot to get it signed off avoid at all cost i dont think they care if you live or die
Absolute awful doctors! You ring at 8 to be in a queue of say 5 and there’s no appointments… this happens every single day even if you are closer in the queue! You turn up at the doctors and it’s ALWAYS empty! Staff on the phone can be quite rude when asked why there is no appointments. They 9/10 tell you to go to a walk in centre that can take up to 7 hours waiting time to be seen! Many people I know have said the same thing about this practice and even some with children don’t get seen.. how can you turn a child away?! Also, the doctors take absolutely forever getting back to you when you’ve left a message for them via a receptionist. I don’t get why this practice is still going tbh, please don’t think about moving to this one whatever you do, look elsewhere or ask others for advice on where is best because this one isn’t the one.
Absolutely terrible, can never get through on the phone, can't get an appointment, I've been with the practice over 2 years and have never even met my doctor. Picture of the last phone call to them to try and sort my prescription, almost 3 hours and no answer. Should be ashamed.
My experience with the doctors has been disappointing. They often do not listen to my concerns and tend to argue rather than engage in constructive dialogue. I have been a patient here for over three years, and unfortunately, my recent visits have not improved. I have faced challenges in obtaining accurate blood pressure readings, and one doctor questioned my history without reviewing my medical records. As a patient requiring consistent monitoring, I found this approach concerning. If you have mental health issues, joining this clinic may not be beneficial, as it seems to prioritize efficiency over patient care. I feel that my confidence in this practice has diminished significantly.
Doctors are argumentative, unsympathetic and really not interested in you and your symptoms. But they are happy to push different drugs on you that you don't want, and then say we're not micro managing your medicine! I am moving due to the terrible service I have received, I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
