Incompetent GPs and reception. Have to fight to get an appointment, only to be dismissed and/or gaslighted. Referrals that never materialise, issues presented to GP without response or resolution, blood tested for certain issues after I'd expressly stated I didn't want that test (in this case gluten, as I'd told them I hadn't eaten any for several years, meaning any test would show a false negative anyway - GP should know this! I'm non-coeliac and 100% have awful symptoms, so clearly fobbing me off), and notes in my patient record that don't reflect the nature of the conversation we had. Simply unacceptable. To the receptionists - appointments are a UK right, not your privilege to grant.

The worst surgery. My friend 69 years old friend was 4 minutes late but was stood behind a cue. She has osteoarthritis and has something seriously going on with her nose so painful. She is convinced it's cancer now. She is a strong woman but after been refused to see the doctor for 4 mins late she is not ok.

The worst medical centre I’ve ever been to, before it was the way better than now! I am ringing for few days , asking for appointment for my young sister, who heavily bleeding and she needs a medications, receptionist NEVER can’t find an appointment. When my mum pop up today and talk to them face to face they give an appointment, but the doctor said my sister first of all need to be weighed, she left a child who badly bleeding for two weeks and said that they can help only on the next week. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.

I’ve been going to this practice regularly for the last 8 years with a chronic condition, and I have experienced nothing but caring, attentive and respectful treatment from Dr Queenan and his nursing and reception staff. The people who have left bad reviews here clearly don’t appreciate the huge workload they have, and that they are severely understaffed. Since Brexit and the pandemic, there is a massive shortage of gps, nurses and gp reception staff in the UK, and this surgery is coping as best they can with a very limited workforce, working long hours. Yes, it’s frustrating to have to wait longer for our phone calls to be answered, and for appointments, but this team can only do what is humanly possible.
