Would have given this place minus five stars if I could . I left this surgery a couple of years ago after a medication review with a phlebotomist trainee HCA, she was the rudest woman I’ve ever met in the nhs and let’s be honest the nhs doesn’t do customer service it’s very much a case of shut up and put up !!! So I moved from this horrible woman who I doubt had actually had any training( I believe she works at the Bransholme surgery now so be careful as I wouldn’t wish her on anyone). To be honest she wasn’t the only rude person working here!! After trying a couple of other places (and to be honest this experience put me off going to the nhs completely) I did eventually find a surgery without so many rude people working in it. I still hate medication reviews and spend my whole time in them prepared to walk out, if the abuse starts again !!!!. Do yourself a favour and move on we all deserve better!

This practice needs a whole new team of receptionists. From not ordering repeat prescriptions when requested (not like we need medication to survive) to booking an appointment meant for Oct 2022 for Oct 2023. Completely useless, incompetent and uncaring, qualities which shouldn’t be in your local doctors receptionist. Names to avoid are Ellie-May, Kira, Holly & Jamie. The Care Quality Commission have been informed of the disgusting treatment at this surgery and I would encourage everyone to do the same.

After trying for 4 days to get an appointment everything went very well. On arrival at the surgery the check in was quick and efficient. Only waited a few minutes before being called into the doctors office. Examination was again quick and efficient before being issued with a prescription.

Can never get an appointment the receptionist never answer the phone if you have a point of view they tell you your been aggressive even though there's no appointments there still touting for patients just don't get it at all

CHP LTD are absolutely terrible. When it was Field view surgery it was excellent.Can never get a an appointment. Waited over one hour to get answered, told to call 111 or go to walk in centre. I had to go to A&E as I was told by 111 . Unfortunately this was was a waste of NHS time and money ,to be prescribed steroids and antibiotics for breathing problems when DR Cook would have done this in 2 minutes . What a shame our fantastic caring surgery has gone to this money grabbing company.
