Not normally one for being pushed into taking the time to leave a review, but my god what an absolute shambles this surgery is now . 2 visits for myself lately and both have been way beyond poor. First visit doctor was an absolute joke. Rude and unprofessional at best. Nearly an hour late . No apologies and rushed the visit to which I came away with absolutely nothing but a pointless letter to go and sit in A & E with. Receptionists are rude and way above their station. The ginger haired girl will never help, get information for you or find out how much longer you have to waste your life in there. On both visits they had a waiting room with patients but not overly busy. One elderly lady had been there nearly an hour and a half . Some people with children even decided to leave and re,book . God knows what they would do if they ever became busy. Best advice!! Change doctors as fast as you can . Zero stars if possible as 1 star seems overkill!!!!!

Absolute waste of time, you can never get a doctor’s appointment only ever get to see a nurse. I had a fracture and was told it was a pulled muscle. Also I’ve been putting a request in to see a doctor for nearly two months for a growth on my face and they can’t even be bothered to see me.

Absolutely shocking service, GP's refuse to listen to the advice of other medical professionals, can't get an appointment for love nor money. Have to fill in a form then go through triage before they'll even consider seeing you. No GP's based at Hessle Road only a Nurse practitioner, have to travel to East Hull or Victoria Dock to see a GP. Before being taken over this was a great practice, such a shame.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst doctors to get an appointment, ring at 8 o’clock to be on hold for over 40 minutes to then be told there’s no face to face appointments left for the day , and to either go to the walk in centre to wait for 4 hours or call back in the morning to maybe possibly get an appointment if your lucky ! And why do they feel the need to ask you what the issue is to be able to see a doctor, I shouldn’t have to give you in depth detail about my issues in order for me to see a doctor?! if it’s private and personal I don’t want to be discussing it with reception staff quite simply! Why she was asking me in depth is beyond me when she claims there’s no more appointments left for the day ! If there’s no more appointments you don’t need to know my issues surely? Very strange! Really dislike this doctors and rude reception staff ! Avoid at all costs!

UPDATED REVIEW. So originally, I gave 1 star due to never being able to get appointments and due to rude receptionists. However 1 year later lots of improvements made, I've had lots of health issues and needed to see the doctor quite often and always managed to get an appointment however I've often had to travel to other areas, not a problem for me but maybe would be to people who can't travel. Also, receptionist staff have been really helpful and polite. This place has massively improved.
