I'd give zero if i could. If you like to live life on the edge and risk not getting your lifesaving perscriptions renewed on time or just being denied proper care and having those details ommitted from your notes, then this is the GP practice for you! Whatever you do, dont let one of their student nurses near you. Only a matter of time until this place ends up in the news for something dreadful.
The reception staff at this surgery are extremely rude and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time — it happens almost every visit. They make you wait for ages, then completely ignore you while they chat or eat lunch. Even when you’ve been waiting a long time, they’ll serve people who came after you without any explanation. They have no sense of care, respect, or basic manners. Their attitude is arrogant and dismissive, as if patients are an inconvenience to them. It’s disappointing and frustrating to be treated this way every time.
This Dr's is ridiculous. Your on hold for 1hr 25min. Then get cut off. Not very helpful. See different drs. Who only give you pain killers. Just palm you off. Husband kept getting antibiotics. 6months down the line got a diagnose. Same with myself 6 months just given pain killers then a dr got me sorted with a scaringvon the lung. Which was through a tablet I was on. Now my son just keep giving him on tablet after another. When was told needs investigating further.
Shocking gp practise , every time I have called I was waiting for ages on the phone and when finally I was first in line I got cut off , even when I put my self in line when they give me a call back I answer and it gets cut off again, u can never get appoitment , also the customer service is really bad too they always ignore people thanks goodness I have moved my gp to a different one!
Incredible laziness and rudeness. Calls are pointless. And when they call back and you answer, they immediately hang up and, this happens every day.
