Great service from start to finish. Calum took the time to explain the correct information about my smoke alarms, especially after another company had previously given me incorrect advice. He came out promptly and fitted the best smoke alarms so I won’t need to worry about replacing them again anytime soon. He also clearly explained how to change the heads and batteries when they eventually need replacing, which was really helpful. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest — highly recommended.

Called Callum to help me with my downstairs lights which had tripped. I spoke to him on the weekend and we arranged a Monday morning fix. I wasn't at home so we agreed for him to come in on his own and sort it. Just back from work now and he's fixed the problem, sorted out some other lights unrelated to the job and given me great advice on bulbs for a fixture all for a very reasonable price. Great service, he's gone above and beyond. Would recommend.

Calum came out straight away on a Saturday afternoon as the boiler had a fault on it, he tested the controls then put temporary power to the boiler to get me up and running within a hour. He rebooked me in through the week at a lower rate to identify the fault and rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Tested everything and had to replace a few things and reconnect various wires properly, re - linked my wireless stat and checked function of my boiler on completion. He also found a wrong size fuse wire had been installed for my upstairs lighting circuit which I asked him to replace as it was potentially dangerous. Would definitely recommend

Calum did a great job replacing some unsafe wiring for my bathroom light pull and upgraded my light too, went the exta mile making stuff extra steam proof with sealing it all in and prolong its safety and lifespan. Thanks again.
