Contacted Smartlec about fitting a EV charger late on the weekend, Jack came round on the Monday evening to observe where the charger would go and answer my questions. He then provided me with a quote I was happy with and by the Friday somebody was round at 8am to install the charger. I would have potentially been waiting at least 2-5 weeks with other fitters so to have a charger within 6 days of first messaging was great, very happy with the installation and communication, everything working well as it should.

Me and my wife had Jack and his team come down and do a full rewire on our house. He came and gave us a very reasonable quoteand carried out the work. Very professional throughout and did a very good job. Very good pricing and always on time too. Will certainly use him again should we need any other work doing.

Jack and his apprentice came to do some work for us ready for electrical fittings in our fitted wardrobes. Work was done quickly with no fuss. Thanks we will definitely use you again.

Outstanding service from Jack. From my initial enquiry about installing an EV charger to the installation day today, he was consistently knowledgeable and professional. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend him to others.
