My house sold very quickly.Beercocks kept me informed at all stages via telephone or email. When problems arose with my buyers solicitors.The sales progression lady and my solicitors worked really hard to resolve the problem.ensuring my sale went ahead. I was advised to use the solicitors that the estate agent use as this would help to speed things up.This was a very good piece of advice.I am so glad I did.

Eden has been very quick and helpful with any queries we had about the house. No question seemed too much with us being unsure of quite a lot this being our first house! We were thoroughly kept in the loop with everything with the solicitors to make sure there wasn’t any gaps on either end. Great experience with Eden Warters from the sales progression team. Not only did she keep things moving by chasing all parties for updates but she kept us informed every step of the way. She even checked to see if there was anything we needed before going on annual leave and let us know when she would be back. Could of asked for a better contact :) every member of the team we dealt with was polite and helpful. Would recommend Beercocks to anyone buying a property
