I cannot rate Home Estates highly enough. Yvonne, Liz and Emma provided an outstanding service during the sale of my property, which was far from straightforward. Undaunted by the raft of legal issues that had to be overcome, they effectively "held my hand" through what was an extremely difficult and protracted process. They worked very hard to find prospective buyers, kept me constantly informed, never gave up and at times offered a shoulder to cry on. Everything worked out really well in the end, but I owe that to their dedication, tenacity and exceptional customer service. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We initially were in contact with Yvonne who gave us great advice regarding letting our property. The set up process, securing tenants and all the relevant checks etc, was done by Emma, who has been brilliant, really good communications, and answering all our questions, as this is our first time as Landlords.

As a landlord I have known and worked with HOME ESTATES for 14 years. I have found all staff to be professional, informed, patient, helpful, considerate and prepared to be flexible to meet needs and requirements.

Enquired about a property on the Monday, put 2 offers in. Nobody returned my calls. I rang everyday to arrange a viewing as I was told I couldn’t put a formal offer in until I had viewed it. (Even though I was told my previous offers had been put forward) every time they told me they would ring me back. NOT ONE PHONE CALL GOT RETURNED. To be told on the Friday the property had now sold. Not once had I been classed as a potential buyer and I think this may have been sold in house. As a landlord with a property portfolio I would highly recommend not selling a property with this company as I believe not all offers will seek the vendor.
