These people are charlatans they demand a deposit from you and never pay it back if the landlord does not want to proceed, they say it's for administration. The only administration they do is send canopy to your phone and do not help you if you are not Internet savvy all they say is its easy ,just follow the link

Louise at HPC is incredibly hospitable , very helpful , timely responses even during the weekends , after renting a two bedroom terrace house from HPC , she was fully instrumental in making my starting out a positive, truly memorable and stress-free experience with all her voluntary supports by going out of her ways to help with getting lots of household items even using her personal car to assist sometimes . I cannot recommend HPC highly enough and would wholeheartedly endorsed them to anyone in search of dedicated and reliable real estate agent as I can 100% guarantee you that all the staffs at HPC are very welcoming and always ready to help. .
