From first talking to MRC to getting the property on the market it only took a few days. The first person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The help with lettings has been professional and personal, very quick to respond and honest in her advice to getting the property marketed. I appreciate an honest and realistic approach which was great. It also was clear that she knows all the relevant details and is keen to help get the apartment rented. The pictures from the flat are very nice and professional and the online ad is great, so all in all I am very thankful for all the hard work!
From the start, Tony took the time to understand my requirements and recommended a property that perfectly matched what I was looking for when it came up. He was nothing short of personable, professional, and so helpful throughout. With Tony’s advice and help, my offer was accepted shortly after, and he kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. He consistently went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, making the experience smooth and stress free. I would recommend Tony to anyone and will definitely work with him and MRC again in the future.
MRC were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t give them any faults. We proceed with the move incredibly quick, were kept informed and any questions we had were immediately answered. I couldn’t recommend them anymore. They accommodated an early move in date for us due to a furniture delivery and the move in box was very sweet! Thank you all.

I'd like to thank Katie again for her tenacity regarding negotiating with my new landlord and putting in such a good word for me. Milie-Mae has also impressed me with her caring approach and caring attention to all the necessary formalities.
