The team at Northwood are second to none. Very thorough and strict on compliance. This is hugely important when being a landlord. I appreciated the fact that they found me multiple tenants in no time whatsoever. Only having a 1 to 2 month gap in over 6 years was amazing. There is never a lapse in communication. With some large agents you feel like just a number whereas at Northwood there is always a personal feel. Shannon, John and team do a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them. Northwood have been managing my apartment for the last few years and I have found them to be outstanding.
