This has been our first experience with Reeds Rains and we could not be happier with our experience. From start to finish the Lettings team, Mark and the team, have gone above and beyond to help us during a tenant find service for our rental property. Nothing was ever too much effort and communication with the team was fantastic. As new landlords it was important we used a supportive and reliable team, and Reed’s Rains have definitely delivered. With Reeds Rain, I was entirely blown away by the assistance to rent and move into a new house. It was an extremely smooth process. I would like to start from the house viewing, I have viewed a lot houses and I am not sure I have seen any as clean and as beautiful as the houses from Reeds Rain. It got to a point where my wife told me that the house we get has to be from Reeds Rain. And when we got a house from Reeds Rain, we were guided through the process and it was seamless. We met Mark Readymartcher who made everything as simple and easy as it can ever be. He explained everything we needed to know and guided us through the process. Karen knight was very helpful and there on the phone whenever I needed assistance and gave assurance when things went wrong with our chain. Everything was done very professionally and we sold our house in the end very smoothly. Steve the manager once again was a star and the photos and write up read very well. He came down a second time to take more photos of the garden as was now in full bloom and no more monies or additional charges were made. All done very professionally and quickly. Will always recommend.
