I'm delighted to recommend the team at Spring Estate Agents, who've recently completed an apartment sale for me. Of particular note has been their excellent communication - regular, informative and reassuring. This team really know the market and how best to present a property for sale, in fact they went the extra mile for me on several occasions during the sale process. Spring Estate Agents have really made the whole process of selling my apartment as hassle-free as possible, delivering everything they promised, promptly returning calls, offering sound advice, springing no unwelcome surprises. Both Govind and Jessica have been very agreeable to work with. 5 star.

I have been renting my house from Spring Estate Agents for over a year now. I sensed they were good from the start when I viewed the property and spoke to the both friendly and professional Govind and Gerry. The house was perfect in every way. You could see it was well maintained immediately , really lovely and somewhere I could call home. Any issues I have had with repairs and maintenance have been dealt with straight away and to a very high standard. I just cannot speak highly enough of Spring Estates as a place to rent your property from. I am an extremely happy tenant with a beautiful house and I have absolutely no complaints . During the whole process from viewing the property to moving out Govind and his team were very impressive. They dealt with any maintenance issues very quickly and it seemed no hassle to them to pop round and have a look at something that was causing a concern. They have excellent customer service skills and we felt we built up a good relationship with them as tenants during our time in the property. We would certainly recommend Spring to others and would use them again ourselves without hesitation.

My experience from meeting Govind was positive. He understood the type of property my family needed after viewing one property with him and was very professional. I liked that he was knowledgeable, knew about the house and was able to answer questions. I had viewed 21 properties with other agencies and realised quickly that the people conducting the viewings had little knowledge of the properties nor could they answer questions and despite giving specifications of requirements they contacted with unsuitable properties, a waste of my and their time. In contrast I was contacted to view a second property by Govind at Spring Estate Agency, it was perfect for my requirements. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and I now have keys to my new home I cannot recommend Spring Estate Agents enough.
