I cannot recommend urban property enough, they have been great throughout the full process of selling my house. We’ve had a fair few obstacles along the way, no fault of urban but Nicola has dealt with it all in a timely, efficient and effective manner, she has been amazing. We can not recommend Urban Property enough! They are 5* !! They sold our house within a week of it being on the market. Even after it being on the market with William H Brown, who, let's say, weren't the most competent. (Stay Clear) Urban however, were quick to respond to emails and answer our phone calls, they always gave us great, solid advice.
