ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE If I could give minus stars I would. Had to very reluctantly mark one or could not post Amber is very good with her sales patter but doesn’t follow through. Doesn’t return calls no updates they did nothing to earn their extortionate fee DO NOT USE THE SOLICITORS THEY RECOMMEND I had my own solicitor lined up but Amber told me theirs were better as they had weekly meetings to push the sale through and would be much quicker and no delays. Quite the reverse - 6 weeks no paperwork changed to my original solicitor papers received within 24 hours. WB were no help whatsoever yet still recommended them to my buyer. Gilson Gray didn’t return calls to my buyer or my solicitor yet WB admitted this was not unusual they had other clients with same issues but were tied up with them !! My buyer had problems with mortgage but I had to chase for updates. Calls not returned and messages not passed on Despite them hounding my solicitor for updates they did not pass this onto me. I had to do all the chasing with buyer and solicitor myself. No courtesy call when sale completed either - they’ve got their fee now so not bothered clearly that’s their only concern Evie is the only one who can hold her head high WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENT - USE BEERCOCKS INSTEAD The house I bought was through Beercocks Hedon and William Brown should follow their example I had several visits to the property and at no time did they make me feel it was an issue - Katie was amazing Beercocks were in full contact with me throughout and were the ones to keep me updated - thanks Nicky When the keys were handed over I was given a bottle of Prosecco and the keys were on a high quality branded keyring 10* to Beercocks minus 10* William Brown AVOID WILLIAM BROWN at all costs

Fantastic service, even though we didn't purchase the property in the end. From start to finish Amber was really helpful and friendly and kept us up to date with all proceedings. We recently purchased a property through William H Brown and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was consistently responsive, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout the process. They were very accommodating to our needs and always made every effort to assist us promptly and professionally. Their communication was clear and timely, which made the whole process much smoother. Amber is wonderful. We were struggling with selling our house. In nearly 10 weeks we had had only 4 viewings, very little interest, and no feedback. We began to lose our minds trying to work out what we could do differently. We struggled at times to get a response from WHBrown when we emailed. Then Amber took charge of the case. Within days, she came to our property, retook all our photos, (managing to take VASTLY superior images on her phone to those by the professional), and she rewrote the property description, tossing out the corporate mandated AI generated slop. (Seriously, why are we using AI for this? People will always write better than computers) Less than four days later we accepted an offer, and Amber was almost as excited as we were. As first time sellers/movers, this is a scary process for us, and Amber's warmth and consideration in this process has put us at ease. I'm looking forward to seeing the process through. Amber goes above and beyond for her clients, genuinely seems to care about getting you a sale, and listens and actions your concerns. Every one of these four stars is for her. Also, if she's ever looking for a career change, she should consider photography.

In a really tricky market, with lots of uncertainty in the world, Amber and her team guided me through a frustrating 6 months. Always positive and teamed with the best advice.
