Thank you to Debbie and the team for providing our family with a wonderful send off for my mam. Their support and guidance was really appreciated at a difficult time. They made an emotional time easier for all our family.
The memorial evening held on Monday was truly heartwarming. Your whole team were respectful, caring and brought many people together through loss. Thank you for your dedicated and kind work that you do.
What can I say we used shepherds holderness rd hull for mums funeral 30/12/25 , from start to finish there professional , compassionate, go above and beyond , Nichola on our 1st meet was so lovely out all the family at ease told us what was happening and then what our next steps would be❤️, in the coming days we met Debbie for the arrangements wow what a lady also didn't make it daunting was very relax understood all our needs and they was met cannot thank you enough ❤️ on the day it was so perfect consulted us on all aspects your such an amazing team and we will always be grateful for the service you provided and mum would of been proud at the way you looked after her till the last moment ❤️
Debbie was brilliant at such an awful time for us when my son died.Professional, but very personal service.Nothing too much trouble+ so easy to talk to.I recommend this company to anyone who needs that personal touch.
