We used Shepherds funeral directors when our dad passed, they are so supportive, respectful and sympathetic, they went above and beyond what we expected, the service was beautiful, I dealt with Sam and Tina mostly but would like thank all staff members for their time and help, Sam and Tina are so friendly and will put you at ease the first time you meet them, it was like talking to people I’d known for years, they really did take the stress dealing with the funeral off our hands, they made sure everything run smoothly on the day, Thankyou so much ladies,

On behalf of my mother and family, thank you for organising such a beautiful Christmas Memorial Service. The whole evening was so thoughtfully planned, and a fitting Memorial to those family members we are all missing this Christmas. My Dad, John Brian Dodsworth, will be very sadly missed this Christmas, but we took comfort from sharing the evening with other bereaved families and being so supported by the whole Robinson's team. Thank to all of the team and Merry Christmas
From start to finish Robinsons were wonderful. Kind and caring and looked after my dad amazingly. Kept me updated all the way through the procedure, from picking my dad up from the hospital to preparing his body, right up to the day of his funeral. They dealt with my mum’s funeral’s 12 years ago and now my dads funeral. I highly recommend Robinsons
