Were do I start if there were more stars then I would have given more. These people are outstanding and nothing was to much trouble they treat my Mother In Law as if she was one of there own. Special mention to Kayleigh who was with us every step of the way she was so professional and dignified and we could not have wished for more. Thank you all.
All the staff where compassionate and caring, they looked after our mum as if she was one of there own. Nothing was to much trouble for them , the staff kept us informed on changing rules and regulations with the Covid-19 situation. We would highly recommend them. Thank you all
Unfortunately I have to give them one star as I didn't have the option to leave none. Firstly the coop tried to charge us £550.00 to set off from my father's home on the day of his funeral! After we pointed out that this was outrageous we were told they could do a detour and we wouldn't have to pay the £550.00! On the day of the funeral they were late and thought it would be funny to set off at breakneck speed once the funeral director got into the hearse. We then lost 2/3rds of the procession. The funeral director we were given was a direct sales agent and almost certainly on commission. Heartbreaking service, if you have a choice do not use these people. These people pray on others when they are at their lowest ebb and most vulnerable. Disgraceful behaviour I have had contact with sun Life who my father had a policy with and the co op about my complaint, however, 5 months later not even an apology. Save yourself the heart ache and choose a policy that allows you to pick your own funeral director and stay away from the co op Hull Holderness Road.
