I cannot express enough how professional, friendly and sympathetic Gartons were in dealing with my wife's funeral. They were very understanding of what her wishes were, from the type of coffin to the choice of music to be played we were never pressured into anything. As it wasn't to be a religious funeral they provided the name of a celebrant, who was very good, to conduct the service. They even put us in touch with a company to provide the service sheet using photographs we gave them. All of the staff we met were excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending Gartons.

Our father's death was very sudden and, consequently, was a great shock as well as being a deep sadness. Garton's were, from our first contact with them until today, the most kind, professional and courteous team of people. Their many kindnesses and expert knowledge ensured that, at all stages of preparing and helping deliver our father's funeral, he was treated with the greatest respect and we were gently helped through the several stages involved. We are immensely grateful to all of them.

From the first call to request their service to the end of the funeral service everything done with compassion and efficiency. Second time I have had to use Gartons, Lee was very comforting and helpful both times. Would recommend.

He kept in touch at every stage of the process, always checking with me to ensure the day ran smoothly. The office staff when going to view my Uncle was polite, kind and very respectful.
