Amazing customer service. Very professional and helpful. The garage helped us out with an oil issue which meant we were stuck in Hull on a Sunday with no real options. They took time out of their already busy schedule to quickly fix our Audi so that we could be on the road and on our way home!
First time here and it was great. Friendly, helpful and promptly got my tire fixed. 5* 🙂
All staff were very friendly and kept me updated as to progress of cars tyre fittings and tracking. Also answered questions into a suspension issue and quoted for potential invoice after a diagnosis should I wish to pursue. Plenty parking outside the Hull F1 autocentre too. Best price after comparing many. Very pleased and would recommend them to friends and family too. Will definately use them again. Thankyou.
First experience I needed an air con clean and a re gas, I was very happy with the results. My second experience I needed new brakes and disks which went well with no problems, and my third experience was an mot and a service, everything was quick and easy at a competitive price. Was well looked after and impressed all three times, would highly recommend.
Just brilliant, staff, facilities and a warm welcome. Someone always willing to help, whatever you need. Now found a garage I can trust to take the car to for any needs 👍👍👍 Many thanks
