Had problems with my car. Main dealer was going to charge me alot just to run a diagnostic. A few people have recommended this place so glad I went. Not easy finding a good garage these days. If you are looking for one definitely go here. Nice warm welcome. Reception room with free coffee. I really felt listened too and reassured by their knowledge and skill. Lady on reception was especially helpful kept me informed during the day. Will definitely go back. Give them a try
For an AA accredited garage communication skills are zero. If you are not a local avoid at all cost, we were left with no vehicle for more than 10 days. Rachael on reception is extremely rude, not helpful and does not contact when she says she will. Leaving AA after 21 years following this experience. Avoid garage avoid garage.Main dealer would have been cheaper as well.

Had two MOT'S hear. No complaints from me so far. Friendly & accommodating
Did my MOT. Fast booking time. My anxiety was (unnecessarily) through the roof. Receptionist spoke to me the whole time and kept me distracted. All was fine and I had a very pleasant experience… and a good coffee! Definitely using again in the future.
