I've only been using Ralph's Autos for about 6 months now as my old mechanic retired. I chose Mark and his team as I knew of them and they had a good reputation in the business. I've had an MOT and a few larger repair jobs done, and all to a high standard and at a good price for the amount of work needed. It can be difficult to get booked in quickly as they always seem busy, but this is to be expected as they are good mechanics and very trustworthy. Thanks Mark, Clare and rest of team!

It’s very rare that you can find a good, honest, decent garage and this is one. Excellent customer service and great price. Took my car in for an oil leak and track rod end. They sorted it all out in a day. No hidden costs as well. Will definitely use again.

After breaking down unexpectedly this morning I was recommended to these fantastic people by a good Samaritan who helped me move my car out of harms way, when the recovery driver dropped me and the car off they said that they might not be able to get it done today, but they surpassed my expectations and it was fixed and on the road in a couple of hours!!! I can't thank them enough for getting the car back to me so quickly! Can't recommend these enough.
