My 8 year old daughter had her hair washed trimmed and blow dried today and was very happy. She was nervous at initially, but was made to feel comfortable and was very pleased with her new trim, will definitely be back.

Really friendly staff, she made some suggestions to the cut which Id normally go for but chose not too. Hair looked great, and her confidence with cutting my super curly hair makes me want to go back next time. I also loved how quiet the salon was. , you give your details and they text when they are ready. Which meant it wasn't crowded. I only had to wait about an hour even though they said 2 hours which was even better.

Walked in this morning and asked her to colour my hair she did an absolute fantastic job was very precise and it looks amazing. Would definitely go back without any hesitation at all. Just ask for Meg

As always, met with friendly, accommodating ladies. We were given a time when to return, which was very helpful, and didn't have to wait long. The hairdresser actively listened to my request, took the time to explain what may be a better style and why, and took into consideration my health issues. Excellent cut and restyle. In addition, was happy to cut my daughter's hair straight afterwards, although not prearranged. The 4 stars reflect, not the customer service which was excellent, but the voucher code received by email for £5 off would not be accepted by the system, despite numerous attempts by the hairdresser, which was disappointing. Credit to her for taking the time to keep trying instead of instantly dismissing it.

Very unprofessional salon. I had a dry cut and when my haircut was completed, the 3 members of staff started to laugh at me for some reason, the male hairdresser who works in the salon said very loudly "sorry we are not laughing at you" to which the other 2 female members of staff started to guffaw to. I felt very humiliated and embarrassed at their behaviour towards me. I am taking this further and I wish to have my money back. Avoid this unprofessional salon at all costs.
