A real credit to what our NHS is all about. This is a totally dedicated healthcare team, supportive, friendly and very professional.
I had an early appointment at Hull Royal Eye Hospital this morning. Everyone I saw was so helpful in explaining the tests and putting me at ease. I just wanted to thank all concerned
Caring.....staff.... Great medical team All professional.. Thank you ..from a happy patient.
Having attended to the eye A&E clinic and having additional needs I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassion, empathy and the reasonable adjustments put into place to make my visit possible. I was promptly and professionally treated, diagnosed, prescribed required medication and advised of the possibility of further surgery. I was even given a referral to a specialist oculo-plastics clinic for 16 days time. Thankyou for great care!
I had a scan two months ago and could not fault the service, but trying to ring the clinic to find out a result seems impossible. The two choices of appointments or speaking to a nurse were not relevant. Are there no admin staff to deal with enquiries? The system clicks you off and it sounds like there is no one available. I understand that the NHS has been damaged and no one wants to complain, but it is frustrating and worrying.
