Went into the new Laundry Box today.. WOW the refurb is very modern and open & very tidy.. The new machines are very tech & are massive!! You can pay card or cash which is very convenient. Met the lady who cleans on the evening and she was very helpful and welcoming! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs to use the laundrette, and I will definitely be back!
I’ve used this place a couple of times while waiting for my machine at home to be repaired. The wash took about 40 minutes, which was great. A few of the machines (both washers and dryers) are broken, but there are still plenty in working order, and one machine doesn’t have a price label. Overall, I had no complaints. I like that it’s self-service — really handy for those of us who can’t rely on family to do our laundry. Just a heads-up: you’ll need to bring your own detergent, powder, or tablets, and you do need to sit and wait while it runs. I'd use this place again if necessary.
Recently renovated, so is very clean and modern with all new machines. Card payments are simple, easy to use, and reasonably priced. Machines also excellent. Great laundrette, will be back.
Great place to do our laundry, especially now since it has been refitted.
Again not very hot water even though you put it on hot wash. Dryers all have different drying times for £1 needs a upgrade or just hot washer and dryers should be hotter some days waste money when it's cold air. Machines should be checked at least once a week.
