I have used Neta for many years for my ironing. Rob and his colleagues are lovely and so helpful. They have never let me down. At times when they have been short staffed they have always been upfront to let me know it might take slightly longer to have my items returned which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

They had done pickups of my shirts in the past with no issues. However, two pickups were missed (my fault as I was running about 30 mins late each time so they had to go back) but I agreed to pay extra for the inconvenience I caused them. The next time, I was in the house. 30 mins passed, 1 hour passed and it was 1 and a half hours before the man came to the door! This was after numerous calls to the office who said that they would get in touch with him and get him to call me back with his progress (which he didn't) When he got here, I asked why he took so long and he casually laughed about the weather. I told him that wasn't acceptable and he then turned the conversation on to me for not being on time previously!! This had already been resolved by me paying extra and didn't need to be brought up. He then asked me "Do you want me to take the clothes or not??" Well yes of course I do...I haven't been waiting 1 hr and 30 minutes for nothing! Finally, when I questioned him about why he didn't call me during the journey to tell me he was late, he had nothing to say...and then walked off without taking the shirts!!! I called back at the office to put a complaint in and it turned out he was one of the company directors! I was told at the office they would investigate it and call me back. Guess what? I haven't heard from them. An absolutely shocking display of (a lack of) professionalism. I was astounded they could act this way!

Needed a quilt washing late on a friday and they were brilliant fitted me in no problem and came home with a clean quilt. Brilliant friendly staff would highly reccomend

Very friendly, good service talks you through the whole process, good value,will be using again

£30 for a double duvet and fleece topper, left 6 of my own tablets and lenor, smelt yeasty if you know what I mean, won't be going again
