Elegant Nails

Soooo beautiful, went for my Christmas nails today, a full set of acrylic, costing me £34, I only wanted a simple design, but it was so well executed. The attention to detail from the staff is impeccable, my nail artist and other staff members in the shop were so welcoming and friendly, loved it, as I was a first time customer here, but will definitely be returning. Great prices for a great quality. Some places are very aggressive and forceful when applying your nails , at elegant nails this is NOT the case, they were so gentle and attentive during the whole process. Any reviews here complaining about a language barrier, or staff just “standing around” are not worth reading, from personal experience, the staff work very hard to be chatty and friendly, and any complaints about this are just plain ignorance! Definitely recommend!! 🥰🥰

Our favourite nail salon. Always a warm welcome, even when busy. The staff clearly work hard to be efficient and ensure you're happy with your nails. They always check with me the shape and usually the colour / design I've picked on one nail before doing the others. I started going here and now other friends and family go here. Pretty much always a great job and we tend to go here as a first choice even when there are other salons closer to where we live. I have builder gel on my natural nails, photos below of the last few designs/colours (the ones with the dog paw are almost 3 weeks old and will be redone this week, but still looking good!) Would recommend 👍 💅

Went in yesterday and asked for full new set toe and nail, wanted my toes with acrylic on to give them a nice shape, smooth corners so they don’t dig into my skin. Full matching glitter nail and toe. When they asked me to pick a glitter after asking for white glitter, they only had silver. But after doing my toe nail they put white glitter on my nail. So they don’t match. Finger nails are ok but expensive for what I got and my toe nails look terrible, I paid 27 for my toenails and they look terrible! Really disappointed. And it was awkward because there staff who are learning would just stand or sit and watch, language barrier doesn’t help with customer service. If you want finger nail doing then not to bad, but for toe nails definitely a no! They asked if I wanted Square Toenails, I said slightly curved and rounded at the edges. For a natural shape. And they hacked my toe nails. They just look so bad and unkempt. All together I was charged £70 my toe nails looked better before. Also when doing my toe nail they wasn’t being professional and rushing, so bad I’m actually really pissed off they could even think of charging me £27 they should refund me for this! When they asked me if they nice it was so awkward because they was all around me and I felt pressured to say yes and pay. Very awkward 😬
