Ncd Nails

I went in here to have my nails done today before reading the reviews. If I had have read the reviews, I probably wouldn’t have come here. However, with that said, I’m glad I had my nails done here and it will be my go to place from now on. Friendly staff and love my nails. Only got a simple design to tide me over until I get them done for my holiday but they are all the same size and look lovely. Very happy customer and will continue using them.

Went with my girlfriend to get her nails done they didn’t understand half of the things she asked for had multiple nail techs pull faces at us and in the end they still turned out different to what she asked and she was also cut and had around 3-4 different nail techs try and do her nails.

Came in about 2 weeks ago to get my nails re done after the first time when they gave me biabe instead of acrylics. The lady who own the place was so rude and shouted at me multiple times. This is a joke now and someone needs to do something about this as I have an infection on one of my nails and need to go to hospital to get it off as even other nail salons can’t get it off which means I will loose my full nail and they won’t even give me an refund. I will not have any off my own nails left AVOID Do not spend your money here.

Honestly the worst nail shop I have been to in 12 years! If you want your nails to point in 7 different directions then this is your place! After asking several times for this to be fixed the lady will shout at you and refuse any refund. I would add photos but by the time of writing I have already been elsewhere to have them fixed! After reading more and more reviews I can see that multiple people have had a similar experience. Clearly they don’t know what a coffin shape is as I also ended up with a chunky square!
